It may not sound like a lot to people out there reading, but to me it is really great…
I lost 5.5 pounds.
I lost 3.5 inches. One of those inches was in my hips!
And I dropped an entire percentage point in body fat.
This process is slow and that is so annoying! BUT… I know that slowly losing is far better than causing harm to myself doing it faster.
I’m very encouraged by my results and can’t wait to see how I do next month. I’ve set a goal to lose another 5 pounds. I really think I can do it!
